It's been such a long time since I posted - I was thinking about this blog for a few weeks now. How did I come to leave the blog un-updated for such a long time?
I guess the answer is - Dreamy Mama was not allowed to be so Dreamy anymore.
Firstly, I got a little job in Compliance Association - I helped organising a big conference, featuring Compliance, Legal and Risk leaders in various public and private companies. Most of the work was done in April, it was a bit stirring and stressful - after two years of staying at home with my little kids. However, it was truly - brain-opening - discussions with adult professionals and organising something so defined and sophisticated. Where again - the deadline is a deadline, an agreement is an agreement, no unnecessary negotiations, turns of plans and activities ending in 5-10 minutes. The work ended with a beautiful conference on May 12th, for which I even bought new high-heels and took a formal event picture with my hubby working in the same field!
Secondly, we had less help with the kids around the house, so I was either working, or with the little runner to look over.
However, the same busy April I had two personal events - a baby shower for a lovely friend of mine, and a trip to Palanga (seaside town in Lithuania, where my parents partially-live) for Easter. Both of which I was able to photograph with my film camera, and got really nice photos.
After this, my film roll got stuck, and I did not have a chance to go to the shops correct it. But looking forward to the summer time, and lots of dreamy, slow, colourful and hippy moments.
Summer is for dreams , right?
