The White White Winter Manifestation Pt.2
Riverbanks, art and coffee

In my previous post, I mentioned our last winter walk with a friend - the snow was slowly starting to melt in the warmer places of the city. However, we went to the riverside, where it was cold enough to keep that snow a little bit longer.
My friend and I walked on icy snow, looking down if we were still on the banks - did not want to fall over in the river and finish our journey too soon. The sun was magical, the shiny snow and leafless trees made an atmosphere of a 'moon' - a wide, unlimited space and a fascinating field.
After the beautiful walk, we visited 'Mažojii galerija' (en. Little Gallery), where we found some wondrous Lithuanian artwork - paintings, ceramics, jewellery, and a great director assistant - black cat in a modelling mood.
We finished our walk in Žvėryno Desertinė - homemade cakes, gifted coffee an hour long discussion on life, love, career and this technology-turning world with the manager (an old friend of my friend).
The day was bright, shiny, colourful, moody, and all the feels. Those few hours of the day was free - of work, of children, of cooking and cleaning. Felt like a movie, and I would like to come back to experience some 'movie-days-alike' once again.
With love,
A
